RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Summarizing of the key financial, business and legal information
2. Document validation and Analyzing Lease Documents
3. To carry out a thorough review of all Lease Documents and Abstract leases.
4. Do quality checks
5. Work with international clients
6. Various other data analysis and entry related activities
7. Attend training sessions to understand client requirements
8. Meet client goals and quality standards

REQUIREMENTS:

2-3 years of experience in Lease Abstractor
